Villa stands about 2 km away from the sea (free minibus shuttle connects it with the beach) and 8 km from Vieste in the middle of rich Mediterranean vegetation - olive trees, oleanders and much more.

Newly built Villa Agrimare consists of 18 apartments that are all safe from noise pollution as the Villa is situated 100m from the main road. Villa offers apartments for 2-6 persons. All the apartments are comfortable, well equipped with living room with kitchen, fridge, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

On-site facilities include outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, children's corner, TV room, billiard, petanque, table football, table tennis, tennis courts, mountain bikes, mini-market, once a week tasting of local products offered by owners, free shuttle to the beach and parking.
